Lobby/Access Points: The hotel is not built for access for those who are physically challenged. The burnt residue on the ancient iron I tried to use left a black stain on my light-colored pants. The balcony was the size of a postage stamp and had a lovely view of the parking lot and dumpster. Other 'lowlights' include the large gap under the door that let in a ton of hallway light and noise, and the fitted sheets that didn't fit the beds and further dislodged overnight. Room: Standard 2 queen with a slow-draining, cloggy sink, peeling faux wood floor panels in the bathroom, and buckling floor panels throughout, a rusty tub and a repulsive patio - green slime pooling under and near the air conditioner. Not at all the experience I thought I'd have based on the hotel's slick website and communications from them. I wanted to like the place, but on leaving the property I felt duped and ripped off.
